About:

Social commentary on capitalism served as melodrama, this tale of an ill-fated love triangle garnered 6 Academy Awards and was chosen by the Library of Congress in 1991 to be preserved in the United States National Film Registry as being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant". Released 1951, re-released 1959.

Condition:

Very Fine - with non-faded Sepia colours and overall clean appearance, pinholes in margins outside image, minor toning from age, light handling smudges in margins, minor edgewear AND #1 has small tape mark in right margin, #8 has 1/2 inch horizontal tear at lowest left corner of image with small paper loss
