GALLERY NOTES:

Harry Heine was born in Edmonton, Alberta, where he worked as a commercial artist. In the early 1970’s, he moved his family to Vancouver Island and began his career as a fine art watercolourist, specializing in marine art. In 1980, he became the first and only Canadian elected to the Royal Society of Marine Artists in London, England.
