Born in Vancouver in 1962, Wendy Tosoff received a scholarship while in high school to study at the Emily Carr College of Art and Design. In 1982 she began to focus seriously on her art and is known for her vibrantly coloured and detailed watercolours. Her reproduced works are out of print and hard to find.
