Under each etched image, handwritten in pencil at far right, is the artist signature, "Rita Briansky". Under each of the ten sonnet images, handwritten in pencil at far left, is the title "Sonnet #" followed by the edition number "61/75". Printed on Rives paper with two small stamps of authenticity embossed in lower left corner of each margin.
GALLERY NOTES:
This is a limited edition portfolio of etchings featuring ten illustrated sonnets from William Shakespeare. The Title Page is also a signed etching, for a total of 11 etchings in this suite. The texts of the Sonnets are included as ten smaller prints. The hardcover binder is fully covered with green linen fabric. Inside, the art is housed in a pocket with the etchings separated by 100% cotton onion skin paper.
